Tia Ghose is a researcher focused on homeland security for the Center for Investigative Reporting. Before joining the organization in 2010, she was a Kaiser health reporting intern at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Her work has appeared in Wired.com, Scientific American, the Salinas Californian, Science News and other publications. She earned a graduate degree in science writing from the University of California Santa Cruz.
